PVK/HJT tandem is also the only technology that can achieve >30% efficiency in the future.
Process
On the basis of the existing silicon process, using the equipment that has been invested, only the simple process of perovskite is added to prepare PVK/HJT tandem cell, and the efficiency can reach more than 33%; The process and equipment can be seamlessly connected, which is more conducive to the upgrade of silicon cell production lines.
