HJT has a double-sided symmetrical structure, which can reduce the mechanical stress in the battery production, and thus reduce the fragmentation rate of silicon wafers. And HJT uses low temperature process, silicon wafer is not easy to warp at low temperature, it is easier to achieve thinner silicon, silicon thickness reduction space is large, every 10μm reduction, the total cost is reduced by about 4%.
Through the localization of production equipment, less indium/indium removal target materials, copper plating/silver-clad copper/0BB technology to achieve less silver or no silver, etc., the non-silicon cost of HJT cells can be effectively reduced.
HJT PV components packaged with UV light transfilm have higher spectral response in the ultraviolet band, and the power of a single module can be increased by 1.5%; In addition, the microcrystalline process has a significant effect on the efficiency of HJT cells, and at present, single-sided microcrystalline has been mass-produced, the cell efficiency is increased by about 0.5-0.6%, and the double-sided microcrystalline can improve the efficiency by 0.3% on the basis of single-sided microcrystalline.
